White-label tax software
White-label tax software is a tax product your clients see under your firm's brand instead of the vendor's. With the TaxOrch White-label licence, the app shows your name, logo and colours, runs on your own web address once you prove you own it with a DNS record, and sends emails under your firm's name. TaxOrch hosts and runs it.
How TaxOrch does it
Set your brand
An owner or admin sets the display name, logo and colours in the Branding settings, with a live preview and a warning when a colour is hard to read.
Add your web address
Add a domain such as tax.yourfirm.com. TaxOrch shows the DNS TXT record to create; the address serves your brand only after that record is verified.
Your name on messages
Once a domain is verified, emails carry your sender name and support address, and exports carry your firm's name.
Same answers underneath
Clients get the same cited answers, calculations and review workflow as every TaxOrch plan, each client in its own workspace.
What it does not do
- Pricing is quoted per licence; there is no public price list.
- TaxOrch does not file returns under your brand.
