Guides are revised when the rules they describe change, and each one carries the date it was resolved at. The changelog feed covers the API contract; a content feed covering guide revisions is the one worth subscribing to if you rely on the figures.
There is no mailing list yet
So there is no form here asking for an address it would have nowhere to send. When there is one, this is what it will carry: new guides and insights, and a note when a guide is revised because the law it describes changed.
At most twice a month, and less when there is nothing worth sending.

A guide that applies to one country and one tax year says so at the top, and cites the section it relies on. Read one before you decide whether any of this is for you.
