White-label AI tax software for accounting firms and fintechs.
Offer your clients a branded tax research and client-workflow workspace with official-source citations, document review, calculations and professional sign-off. TaxOrch hosts it on your verified domain; filing stays with your existing provider.
What white label tax software means here
TaxOrch is white-label tax software for cited AI tax research, document review and client workspaces. Your firm controls its brand and its professional review; TaxOrch hosts and operates the platform. Unlike white label tax software built for return preparation, it does not file or transmit returns: it is the research and review layer your clients see under your name.
Start with a supported sample engagement: check the sources, review the document extraction and export the approved record. We agree the countries, users, client workspaces and pilot scope before you commit to a licence.
Who licenses TaxOrch
Accounting and tax firms
Give clients a branded place to ask tax questions, upload documents and receive reviewed answers, without building or maintaining tax research tools yourself.
Accounting software vendors
Add cited tax research and review workflows for your users under your product's name, hosted by TaxOrch on your domain.
Fintechs and financial platforms
Offer customers source-backed tax answers inside a workspace carrying your brand, with each customer's data kept separate.
What your clients get
- - Every figure shows its official source and tax year, so your professionals can check it before a client acts.
- - Questions TaxOrch cannot verify are declined, not guessed, and can go to your own reviewers.
- - Preparer and reviewer are separate people, and every answer, edit and sign-off is in an exportable audit trail.
- - Your clients see only your brand, and each client's documents and answers stay in their own workspace.
What your clients see
Your name and logo
The app, the sign-in screen and the browser tab show your firm's name and logo instead of TaxOrch's.
Your colours
Buttons, links and highlights take your brand colours in light and dark mode. The settings warn you when a colour would be hard to read.
Your web address
Clients sign in on an address such as tax.yourfirm.com. You prove you own it with a DNS TXT record; until it is verified, the address shows nothing of yours.
Your name on messages
Emails carry your sender name and reply to your support address, and exports carry your firm's name. Security notices stay from TaxOrch, so they cannot be imitated.

How review and sign-off work
1. Your staff and clients ask
Questions, documents and client cases go into each client's own workspace under your brand.
2. TaxOrch drafts with sources
Every figure shows the official source and tax year it comes from. Where a rule cannot be verified, it says so instead of estimating.
3. Your professional reviews
A reviewer at your firm checks the work and signs it off. The person who prepared it cannot approve it.
4. Everything is recorded
Each answer, edit and sign-off is kept in an audit trail you can export.
More on review and sign-off and the audit trail.
How a pilot works
1. Fit call
A short call on your clients, the countries they file in and how you would offer TaxOrch. If the fit is poor, we say so.
2. Branded demo
We run your own countries and a sample engagement live, including questions it declines to answer.
3. Pilot on your brand
A workspace under your name and web address with a small group of your staff or clients. Scope, length and support are agreed in writing first.
4. Licence
If the pilot works for you, the licence, support responsibilities and any reseller terms are set out in a written agreement.
Data and security review
Your IT, security and legal teams will want to check how client data is handled before you sign. Start with the security controls, the data processing agreement and, for US firms, IRS Section 7216 consent.
What is not included
- - Filing tax returns or e-filing with any tax authority. Your firm keeps using its existing filing software.
- - Making tax payments on anyone's behalf.
- - Tax advice. TaxOrch is decision support; your professionals stay responsible for the advice and the filing.
- - Security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Ask us for the current security pack and data processing agreement instead.
How a quote is worked out
There is no public price list. A quote is based on four things you tell us:
Your firm
How many staff will use TaxOrch, and how many client workspaces you expect in the first year.
Your markets
The countries your clients file in, so we can show you exactly what TaxOrch covers in each before you sign.
Your branding
Name and logo only, or also your own web address and email sender.
Your rollout
Onboarding and training for your team, and the support level you need.
Questions firms ask
What should a firm check in a white-label pilot?
Run a supported sample engagement under your brand: inspect the cited research, review a document reading, hand the work to a separate reviewer and open the exported record. Confirm the client workspace, domain and support arrangements separately from filing, which remains in your firm's existing software.
Who hosts the white-label app?
TaxOrch hosts and runs it for you. Your clients see your brand; you do not run anything yourself.
How much does it cost?
There is no published price. Tell us about your firm, your clients and the countries they file in, and we will quote.
What do my clients get?
The full product: cited answers, document reading, calculations, client workspaces and review before sign-off, each client in its own workspace.
Can we see it working before we buy?
Yes. Book a demo and we run your own countries and a sample engagement live, with the sources shown.
Is it tax advice?
No. TaxOrch is decision support, not tax advice; a professional reviews before anything is filed.
Does TaxOrch file returns or e-file?
No. It prepares reviewable research, calculations and workpapers. Returns are filed through the filing software your firm already uses.
Can we charge our clients for access?
Yes, how you package it for your clients is up to you. The licence terms, support responsibilities and any reseller arrangement are agreed before we quote.
How is US taxpayer information handled?
Each client is in a separate workspace, and US engagements record IRS Section 7216 consent. Your counsel should confirm the consent wording for your use.
Which countries does it cover?
Official-source tax data for 128 countries, with exact calculators for 42. Coverage is not equally deep everywhere; the coverage page shows it country by country.
Tell us about your firm and your clients.
The White-label licence has no published price. Tell us how many clients and staff would use it and which countries they file in, and we will come back with a quote and a set-up plan.
