Golden case
A hand-verified evaluation case with an expected outcome, used as a regression guard on both the data and the engine.

Abstention cases are first-class: a case can assert that the correct behaviour is to refuse, and answering it is a failure. Every case is classified as answered-correct, answered-wrong, escalated or clarified, and answered-wrong is a P0.
