Corpus release
A named, checksummed, immutable snapshot of the source corpus that retrieval pins an answer to.
TaxOrch term
Because an answer records the release it ran against, the same question can be replayed months later on the same evidence. Promotion is immutable and rollback restores the prior release and its index, so a bad release cannot stay active.
