Questions

Does TaxOrch file returns?

No. TaxOrch does not file returns or execute payments. It produces draft packages, explicitly marked as not filed, and a filing readiness preview. Filing happens through the authority's own service or your filing software.

Is an answer tax advice?

No. TaxOrch provides decision support, not professional tax advice. Exact results apply only within declared coverage, and a professional reviews outputs before anything is filed.

What happens when TaxOrch does not know?

It refuses. A refusal names the reason, what is missing and what to do next, and the gap is logged so the source can be added. No figure is shown rather than a guess.

Can TaxOrch support staff open my workspace?

Only with an owner's or admin's approval, for a stated reason, read only, and for a time limit. Every grant is listed and can be revoked.

Can I take my data out?

Yes. Workspace export produces a full JSON copy with a record count and a SHA-256 checksum, and a manifest can be validated against it.

Tips

  • When a badge is amber or a step is blocked, read the reason on screen first; it names the next action.

Limits

Try it on your own work

Try everything in the manual on your own work.

Ask for a demo account and work through these chapters with your own questions, or book a working session and check the file a reviewer would see.

Every screen in the manual was captured from the running product on sample data.

Decision support, not tax advice. A professional reviews before anything is filed.
