The field on an answer contract that says what happened, across eight values, and the one to read before relying on an answer.

Verified, partial, needs-facts, unsupported, conflict, stale-source, human-review-required and system-unavailable. None of them means probably fine, and reading only the figure treats a refusal as if it were an answer.
