Exact or abstain
The rule that TaxOrch gives an exact, cited figure or refuses — never an approximation presented as an answer.
TaxOrch term
Inside declared coverage the assistant produces a figure from a exact calculator with citations behind every legal claim. Outside it, or when a required fact is missing, it abstains and names what is missing rather than estimating. There is no middle output that looks like an answer and is not.
