Country pack
The set of declared assets — parameters, rules, validators, sources — that determines what a jurisdiction is allowed to claim.
TaxOrch term
Onboarding a country means publishing assets rather than editing code, and what a pack may claim is bounded by what it actually carries. A pack missing its sources, its validator or its parameters is research-only, and no amount of declaring makes it exact.
